Welcome to Nasim Web Pro. By purchasing, downloading, or using the “WooTelegram Notifier Pro” plugin, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License Grant and Usage WooTelegram Notifier Pro is sold as a commercially licensed digital product.
- Domain-Locked License: Each purchased license key (whether 1-Year or Lifetime) is tied to a single, specific website domain. You may not use a single license key across multiple domains.
- Trial Version: We offer a 7-day free trial. Upon expiration, the plugin’s premium features will be disabled unless a valid Pro or Lifetime license key is entered.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not resell, redistribute, crack, or bypass the domain-locking mechanism of the software. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of your license without a refund.
2. Support and Updates
- 1-Year License: Includes 1 year of standard support and plugin updates. To continue receiving updates and support after 12 months, the license must be renewed.
- Lifetime License: Includes lifetime plugin updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
- Support is provided for bug fixes and general plugin functionality. We do not provide support for third-party plugin conflicts or custom theme modifications.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payment processing, billing, and order fulfillment.
4. Limitation of Liability WooTelegram Notifier Pro is provided “as is”. Nasim Web Pro will not be held liable for any data loss, loss of revenue, or website downtime caused by improper use, configuration errors, or conflicts with third-party software.
